HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Here is what we need:
Reason for exchange
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

There is no need to ship back damaged products. Just send us an email (email@example.com) with a picture of the damaged product along with your order number and we will issue a complete refund including original shipping charges.
